ERPTREE maintains a strict No Refund policy.
Once a student registers and pays for a course (online/offline), the following applies:

• Non-Refundable Enrollment: No refunds will be processed once a course is enrolled in.
• No Cancellation Option: We do not support cancellation post-payment.
• Batch Transfer Policy: In unavoidable situations, batch transfer may be allowed once, subject to availability and prior approval.
• Non-Transferable Enrollment: Enrollments are strictly personal and non-transferable to others.
