Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales function for Oracle Fusion Financials training programs. The ideal candidate will manage a team of counsellors/executives while also driving personal sales, building strong client relationships, and scaling revenue for our fast-growing training company.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing or related field).
- 6–10 years of sales experience in EdTech, training, staffing or IT domains.
- Proven track record of managing sales teams AND achieving personal sales targets.
- Strong understanding of ERP training, especially Oracle Fusion Financials is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and structured sales processes.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced 6-day working environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Sales Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor and motivate a team of sales executives/education counsellors.
- Allocate leads, monitor daily performance and ensure team targets are met.
- Conduct regular sales training, coaching and performance reviews.
- Create a target oriented high-energy, high-performance sales culture.
- Handling large volumes of inquiries with quality and selling high ticket courses.
2. Individual Contributor (IC) Responsibilities
- Own personal monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Handle volume-based leads, corporate inquiries and premium training programs.
- Conduct consultations, demos and follow-ups with learners/prospects.
- Build long-term relationships with clients.
3. Revenue Growth & Strategy
- Develop and execute sales strategies to scale training enrollments.
- Drive lead conversion through structured follow-up and consultative selling.
- Identify new revenue channels: corporate training, upskilling programs, cross-selling.
- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings within the Oracle Fusion ecosystem.
4. Process & Performance Management
- Track daily sales metrics, conversion ratios and pipeline health.
- Ensure timely lead follow-ups via Reports.
- Improve sales scripts, presentations and engagement processes.
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing Team to optimize campaigns and lead quality.
5. Client Relationship Management
- Ensure high-quality learner experience from inquiry to enrollment.
- Resolve escalations and maintain high NPS/feedback scores.
- Represent the company in client meetings, webinars and events as required.
- Maintain consistent engagement with placed alumni and students to strengthen relationships and encourage referral opportunities.
