Shipping & Delivery Policy

Since ERPTREE provides digital and classroom-based education, our shipping and delivery policies are structured as follows:

For Online Courses:

• Instant Access: Login credentials and course links will be emailed/WhatsApped within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
• Google Drive Materials: Study material and recordings will be shared via cloud (Google Drive).
• Instance Access: Provided upon session start.

For Offline (Classroom) Students:

• Welcome Kit Distribution: If applicable, materials and ID will be issued on Day 1 at the training center.
• Facility Access: Includes Wi-Fi, Instance Access, Nap Room, and printed materials, based on student type.

There is no physical product shipping involved unless clearly stated at the time of enrollment.
